Onion Adai Dosa


Ingredients
Dosa batter
Onion-1 
Green chillies-2 
Curry leaves-few
Coriander leaves-few
Mustard seed-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Channa dhal-1/4tablespoon
Oil-2tablespoon
Salt-as required



Method
  • In a small pan, add oil ,add channa dhal, urad dhal, mustard seed, green chilli,onion , curry leaves and coriander leaves,fry till the onion becomes soft.
  • Add it all the sauted mix to the batter and mix it well.
  • In a thawa apply oil.
  • Pour one big ladle of batter at the center and spread it out.
  • Pour a tablespoon of oil around the dosa.
  • When it is cooked oneside,flip it to another side to get cooked.
