Pepper-50gm
Cashewnuts-50gm
Method
- Grind corriander seeds,cumin,pepper,cashewnuts into fine powder.
Tip
It is not necessary to fry all the ingredients in kadai.
This powder can be used to make any curry,sidedishes.
