Ingredients
Coconut-1/2 cup
Dhalia (Pottukadalai)-4 tablespoon
Green chillies-4 to 5
Ginger-a small pod
Curry leaves-few
Mustard seed-1/4tablespoon
Urad dhal-1/4tablespoon
Hing-a pinch
Salt-as required
Oil-1tablespoon
Method
- Grind coconut,dhalia,chilly,salt, & ginger grind it into coarse paste.
- Season it with mustard,urad dhal,hing and curry leaves.
Tip
This recepie goes well with idly ,sambar, venpongal, bonda, bajji.
