Frozen Paratha-4
Oil-2tablespoon
Onion-1 Ginger
Garlic paste-1/2tablespoon
Curryleaves-few
Tomato-1
TomatoSauce-5tablespoon
Capsicum-2
Greenchilli-2
Chilli powder-1/4tablespoon
Corriander powder-1tablespoon
Garam masala-1/2tablespoon
Corriander leaves-few
Salt-as required
Method
- Heat the tawa,put the paratha and cook on both sides just by flipping it.
- Tear parathas into small pieces.
- Heat oil in kadai,add finely chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,curryleaves, chopped greenchilli.
- When they get transparent,add tomato,chilli powder,corriander powder,garam masala.
- Add tomato sauce,capsicum,salt.
- Allow it to cook until the raw smell goes off.
- Mix the paratha pieces with sauted masala.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
Tip This spicy chilli paratha can be served with onion raita.
