Ingredients
Red chilli-1/2kg(500gm)
Corriander seeds-200gm
Channa dhal-100gm
Toor dhal-100gm
Cumin-50gm
Fenugreek-25gm
Mustard-25gm
Curry leaves-few
Hing-1tablespoon
Method
- In a kadai,without adding oil,add redchilli.
- Allow it to fry for few minutes,keep it aside.
- Smilarly,fry all the ingredients without oil and grind into fine powder.
Tip
This powder can be added to sambar,tamarind curries.
